Learning & Development Digital Specialist Salary: £36,500 per annum & Benefits Full Time: Permanent Hours: 37.5 per week ( to be agreed with Line Manager) Location: Remote ( however travel will be needed to our delivery sites as and when required). About the role: Our specialist will be extremely organised as they will be responsible for supporting the coordination of training, ensuring that materials and resources are prepared in advance and managing their time effectively. Our successful specialist will work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to execute the L&D strategy throughout the company, to deliver consistently excellent services to our clients and stakeholders. A key aspect of the role will be to work alongside the Employability Management Team. You will need to be able to understand key priorities, whilst also considering the wider business L & D strategy. You will be providing support to Employability Operations across the UK, and therefore experience working within the sector is preferred. Preferred Criteria: Experience working within Employability or Welfare-to-work What you'll be doing: Designing blended learning solutions that support operational requirements Digitalisation of existing learning solutions in Articulate RISE and Storyline Delivery of trainer led induction and training face to face and virtually Supporting with the management of the Learning Management System Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and performance metrics Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital learning Make recommendations for change to training interventions and modules What we're looking for: Experience in developing e-learning content using tools such as Articulate RISE, Storyline and Vyond Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles Instructional design expertise, and an ability to translate business objectives into impactful learning solutions Competence in video editing and graphic design tools Facilitation skills and the ability to manage group dynamics both virtually and face-to-face Strong understanding of adult learning principles and techniques to maximise learning and learning transfer Strong organisational skills, communication and influencing skills Strong coaching and feedback skills Ability to manage your diary in line with planned and ad-hoc priorities Ability to manage multiple learning projects and meet deadlines What we offer: At Ingeus, we listen to our employees and have developed a benefits package that supports both your personal and professional well-being: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to trade for additional leave.
