An established, fast-scaling technology business operating across the UK and internationally. With a growing customer base across Europe and an award-winning product suite, they are looking to grow their Account Management team.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of B2B customers. You’ll be the main point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while also identifying opportunities to expand accounts and drive additional value.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage and grow relationships with assigned B2B accounts
* Act as the lead contact, supporting customers with insights and performance reviews
* Coordinate regular check-ins via video, phone, and in-person visits (UK & Europe)
* Support onboarding and product training for customers and their teams
* Identify upsell and renewal opportunities, working towards retention KPI
* Keep customer data and CRM systems accurate and up to date
* Feed insights back to improve customer experience and drive innovation
What We’re Looking For
* German speaking (French as well would be a bonus!)
* Experience managing B2B accounts and developing customer relationships
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Confident analysing data and drawing meaningful insights
* Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
