We have exciting opportunities for 2 HR Business Partners (1 permanent and 1 temporary - 12 month FTC) to #joinus - could you be who we are looking for?
Working within the Resourcing Team in the HR Department, you will be responsible for providing professional HR advice to Senior Management Teams, enabling them to achieve their aims and objectives by addressing the people challenges.
The Role:
1. Providing advice and guidance on escalated, varied and complex issues relating to area of work.
2. Assess personal requirements of customers (including members of the public) and provide adequate support, advice, and guidance.
3. Develop, propose and implement an approved project/business plan for the function.
4. Organise and manage the day-to-day delivery of projects including preparing and planning of resources.
5. Research, review and draft policies.
6. Monitor and report on policy implementation to ensure compliance and identify issues/problems.
7. Effectively engage with internal and external customers at all levels, to provide a high-quality standard of service.
Your Experience:
1. You must have MCIPD or level 7 diploma in Human Resource Management and be working towards achieving chartered status within the next 12 months.
2. You will have experience of advising Senior Managers on the range of HR issues involving interpretation and application of policy, procedures, and functions.
3. You will have experience of advising, negotiating, and influencing at all levels.
4. You must have demonstrable HR experience to deliver a professional HR service particularly in the areas of discipline, conflict resolution, attendance management, recruitment and selection, and policy creation.
5. You will have a sound understanding of employment legislation.
The successful candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
