On offer is a salary up to £27,500 depending on skills and experience and benefits package. This is an 11 month FTC role. This role involves travelling to our different sites across Grimsby and surrounding areas therefor a driving license and vehicle is essential. We will cover mileage. EQUANS are looking to employ a confident and motivated professional to work at the North East Lincolnshire Contract who is looking for career and personal development opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible to the FM Manager and assist with the delivery of Facilities Management services across a portfolio of commercial properties. The applicant will be required to be technically competent and will assist to develop and deliver improved Facilities Management focusing on day-to-day services to include security, cleaning, property maintenance and managing property service in support of other team members. The role will include the need for the individual to demonstrate continuous improvement in their career development. What will you deliver? Contract management – Management of hard and soft service contracts Financial forecasting/budgeting Assist to plan and oversee building work/renovations Allocating and managing space within buildings Managing building maintenance activities, reactive and planned legislative. Planning, coordinating and successful management of soft and hard FM services Time management and the ability to handle a complex workload What can we offer you? Experience working within the property sector Suitable FM experience and or BIFM L3 qualification Commercial Awareness Interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Ability to support project teams providing technical information which can be communicated and presented confidently, clearly and expressively to clients and stakeholder Computer Skills and the ability to effectively use IT including databases and Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and Teams Contract management experience Driving license and vehicle Who are we?
