You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant: Tailor educational activities and resources to meet the specific needs of the student. Help the students understand and complete their work, providing additional explanations and assistance as needed. Provide feedback to teachers and adjust support strategies as necessary. Ensure a cohesive approach to student development. Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where the student feels valued and included. Cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of the student. Report to teachers, parents, and other relevant parties. Requirements of Teaching Assistant: Demonstrate an understanding of the unique challenges and needs of the student. Effectively communicate with the student, parents, and colleagues, building positive and supportive relationships. Ability to establish trust and rapport with all members of the school community. Exhibit patience and empathy in your interactions. Relevant qualifications or training in primary education (desirable but not essential). To work with us as a Teaching Assistant, you will need: Have the right to work in the UK. Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years. Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with us.
