Our client has a long-established partnership with a Major UK High Street Bank, managing their personal lending business. They provide support to customers calling with enquiries and requests about their loan accounts.
They are looking for colleagues to join our team of Customer Service Advisors who put our customers at the heart of everything we do every day.
What are we looking for in our Customer Service Advisors?
* Sociable, helpful, and eager to provide excellent customer service.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring defined processes are followed.
* A good eye for detail, ensuring customer records are accurate and up to date.
* Keen to manage customer information in line with GDPR.
* Experience working with computer systems.
* A team player who enjoys collaborating with teammates to deliver outstanding customer service and identify continuous improvement ideas.
* Ability to achieve core Key Performance Indicators.
