Our dedicated regional mobile team is seeking an Electrician to support our contracts in Plymouth and surrounding areas.
As part of the team, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance services. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and innovative solutions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customer.
2. Deliver Portfolio PPM and minor works.
3. Ensure best value for money to the Client by ensuring accuracy within the Team by checking resource and materials are suitable to effectively deliver the service.
4. Report on performance to your Technical Service Manager.
5. Ensure safe delivery of all Atlas works, including those of our service partners.
6. Produce details of time and materials required for any minor works for quoting purposes.
7. Liaise with Account Support, Lead Engineers & Managers, and with Sub-Contractors to deliver work to the highest standard within SLA, as required.
8. Build and foster relationships with the Client, Customer, and other Atlas colleagues.
9. Ensure Maximo system is constantly updated via your issued tablet and that all time is accounted for on the generated timesheet.
10. Cover all call-out responsibilities out of hours when rostered.
Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training Required
1. City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications.
2. City & Guilds BS#removed#th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
3. City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspect Electrical Qualification or equivalent (Desirable).
4. Full Driving License.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this Role
1. Good understanding of modern office software. Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on Android tablets.
2. 2 years previous experience within a similar environment and in particular across area multi-sites and multi-discipline service delivery.
3. 1 year's experience in a customer-facing outsourcing environment.
4. Ability to manage priorities in line with business need.
