C&C Search is actively seeking a receptionist and administrator to join a small financial consultancy in the City.
Hours: 9:00-5:00 Monday to Friday

In this role you will be:
* Answering and fielding all phone calls
* Greeting clients and visitors, offering hot/cold beverages
* Opening, scanning, and distributing incoming post/outgoing post
* Filing and updating colleagues
* Preparing meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and well stocked
* Diary management for meeting rooms and the team
* Assisting with Client Services projects/tasks
About you:
* Some office experience would be great
* You are immaculately presented and great with people
* You have brilliant communication skills
* You have good written and numerical skills
* You are a loyal team member who loves to learn
