The post holder must be a registered nurse or midwife, educated to, or working towards, degree level. Recent neonatal experience is essential, alongside a demonstrable passion for Family Integrated Care. Experience of leadership and management, including developing, implementing and managing change within neonatal services, is desirable. A full current driving licence is required as the role involves travelling between neonatal units across the East Midlands. There are 11 neonatal units within the East Midlands Neonatal Operational Delivery Network (EMNODN) which spans Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, and Lincolnshire. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated neonatal nurse, with experience and knowledge pertaining to Family Integrated Care, to join the Network team on a permanent basis.
