Core Responsibilities
5. Ensuring all ingredients are of a high-quality standard before use.
6. Ensuring portion control on each dish prepared.
7. To help and report to the sous chef daily.
8. To work hygienically.
9. Work closely with other sections and your team in a high volume kitchen.
Good to Have
10. Experience as a chef
11. NVQ level 1 and 2. (Or equivalent in catering)
12. Ability to run your section
