Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)
Saturday (7am to 6pm)
Sunday (9am to 4pm)

As a Retail Assistant, you will:
1. Provide excellent customer service.
2. Assist with stock management and store organization.
3. Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer assistance.
4. Participate in training programs to enhance skills.

Interview Process

Your interview will consist of competency-based questions, and a chat about your experience, knowledge of Screwfix and the role you’ve applied for. Interviews may be held on the phone or over video chat, followed by a visit to the store to meet the team.
