As a Graduate Bid Writer, youll support all stages of the bid process, including Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, tenders, and presentations, while assisting with marketing and business development. A comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills to excel in bid writing. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to plan and complete selection questionnaires and tender submissions Research and write content to support bids Review client documentation related to the bid Help maintain the bid library with up-to-date, high-quality content Ensure submission accuracy and quality for successful bids Write case studies showcasing the companys strengths and successes Desirable Skills: Degree educated in English or another writing-based subject Minimum A-level or equivalent in English Literature/Language Interest in the construction industry and a willingness to learn about its intricacies Ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels within the company Proficient in IT, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Package & Benefits: Salary: £27,500 per annum Holidays: 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays, birthday day off and Christmas closure Additional Benefits: Comprehensive training and career development opportunities Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 40 hours per week ADZN1_UKTJ
