To
reach our ambition of being the nation’s favourite fried chicken brand, we know
we have to invest in the experience of our people, ensuring we have heart-led

People Experience team are therefore critical to the success of this. The role
is pivotal in being responsible for designing and implementing initiatives to
attract and retain high-performing and engaged talent, ultimately supporting
the growth of our people across KFC UKI.
This role will require being in our RSC in Woking 2 days a week.
What
you’ll do
In this role you will:
* Build strong relationships with employees across Restaurants,
both Equity & Franchisees, as well as global stakeholders
* Serve as a key thought partner to define the learning and
development priorities across the KFC UKI system
* Develop, design and deliver effective training solutions and
strategies to build and enhance restaurant capability
* Partner with Yum to shape both restaurant & above
restaurant leadership capability and coach effectiveness based on current,
emerging, and future business needs
* Lead and partner with stakeholders to identify current
competency gaps and those needed for their future state to drive restaurant
performance.
* Build and create robust methods for tracking, reporting,
evaluating and analysing performance of the L&D offering and effectiveness
of the programmes it delivers
* Partner with the global support and training teams to manage
the LMS, update course materials, resolve user issues, and develop globally
applicable training content.
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to conduct thorough
curriculum reviews, ensuring the continual relevance and currency of our learning
& development offerings.
* Lead the design, ownership and management of Yum’s
Leadership Development Curriculum review
* Continuously manage learning software and supplier
relationships, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with evolving market
offerings.
* Effectively and proactively manage a Learning &
Development budget
* Participate in additional projects for the broader People
& Culture team to meet business needs
What we’d love from you
About You
* Be comfortable working within ambiguity. We’re designing the

* Be highly collaborative, as you’ll be working side-by-side
with the wider team to ensure a cohesive experience that maximises motivation,
engagement, and productivity within an inclusive work environment

manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Demonstrate rigor and strong analytical &
problem-solving skills, using evidence-based decision-making, data insights,
and co-creative techniques to drive program effectiveness and ensure
sustainable change adoption.
* Be a positive disruptor in respect of desired organisational
culture, challenging conventional thought and removing blockers
Experience
* Demonstrates a
proven track record of successfully leading a team
* Experience of learning
& development content design and seamless implementation.
* Familiar with
working in a fast-paced retail (or similar) guest centred operations role with
the ability to react to the ever-evolving world of L&D.
Desirable:
* Brings valuable
experience in applying learning and instructional design methodologies.
* Experience in using
eLearning authoring tools, video creation software, and LMS Platforms, with a
preference for Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, Camtasia, Edapp, Adeptly.
* Displays proficiency
in Adobe Creative Suite, including Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and
Illustrator.
