EMERGENCY OUTBOUND CALL HANDLER - PART TIME
Hours: 15 or 16 hours per week average
Shift pattern:
OPTION 1 - 15 hours - Saturday & Sunday 12:00-20:00
OPTION 2 - 15 hours WEEK ONE - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 15:00-20:00 WEEK TWO - Monday 07:00-12:00, Wednesday & Friday 15:00-20:00
OPTION 3 - 16 hours WEEK ONE - Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 07:00-11:00 WEEK TWO - Monday - Thursday 15:00-19:00
Salary: 15 HOURS £9001.20 pa / £11.54 ph 16 HOURS £9601.28 pa / £11.54 ph
Location: Hybrid Bowthorpe, Norwich (90% office-based, 10% remote)
Start Date: 18th November 2024
**You need to be able to commit to up to 1 week of Full-Time Training, Monday - Friday 09:30 - 16:30**
For this role and to be able to work the 10% remotely, you need 5 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download internet speed.

ABOUT YOU
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs.
You will have experience in a customer-facing role and have worked remotely previously.
You have a good general standard of education, a can-do attitude to ensure the best support for our service users in their time of need!
THE ROLE
The heart of the Emergency Outbound Call Handler role is to follow up on an emergency call, to check in on our service users and ensure the correct help is in place, providing reassurance and support. You will also be providing welfare check-ins alongside ensuring that equipment is working correctly via test calls.
