About the Role As a Coffee Machine Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality of coffee machines, both in the workshop and on-site. This position requires hands-on technical skills, including a foundational understanding of basic electrical engineering, circuit building, and fault finding. Duties & Responsibilities: Disassemble and Rebuild Machines: Efficiently strip down and rebuild coffee machines in a fast-paced workshop environment. Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose and resolve issues with coffee machines, including electrical and wiring faults, both in the workshop and on-site. Electrical Fault Finding: Utilize your electrical knowledge to identify and fix wiring and electrical issues. Specialized Equipment Expertise: Work with Azkoyen and CoffeTek machines, focusing on programming and maintaining Vitro, Neo/Step coffee machines, and H70 and H87 snack machines. On-Site Repairs: Travel to client sites to troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machines as needed. Machine Installations: Perform on-site installations of coffee and snack machines. Requirements: Qualifications: Relevant experience and/or certifications in coffee machine technology, engineering, or a related field. Sector: Engineering with a focus on coffee machines. Experience: Background in traditional and modern coffee machines is preferred, but candidates with transferable skills from other technical fields are encouraged to apply. Personality/Characteristics: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Profile: Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with coffee machines or related equipment. Those with temporary CVs seeking permanent roles are welcome to apply.
