As Strategic Client Manager, you’ll manage, retain and grow a portfolio of high value, key national corporate clients. You’ll be responsible for building short, medium and long term account plans for each of your clients and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders to execute each of those plans. You’ll use these relationships to build a detailed knowledge of each client and their wellbeing strategy to understand in detail the opportunity for growth.

With consumers having unprecedented awareness of their health needs and adopting data and digital solutions, we’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager who is excited by the scale of opportunity in front of us and keen to join us on our journey of becoming the best known health brand in the UK, second only to the NHS.
Key responsibilities
* Develop strategic client relationships to deliver retention and growth through our range of products and services as set out in the budget.
* Build short, medium and long-term strategic account plans.
* Establish and develop strong multi-contact relationships between senior decision makers and influencers in client organisations and relevant internal stakeholders.
* Build detailed knowledge of each client; their wellbeing strategy and opportunities for growth.
* Compile and lead high quality presentations and negotiations to retain and expand growth opportunities.
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our products and services, the benefits they deliver to clients, and our differentiators to support strategic business planning.
* Feed market trends and developments into the Simplyhealth Business, including competitor activity and customer feedback on all aspects of health and wellbeing to continuously improve and develop our products and services and to proactively consult clients.
About You
You’ll be an experienced Client/Account Manager with a consultative approach and a growth mindset who has managed a portfolio of high-value, key corporate clients.
To be considered you must have:
* Significant experience managing large/high value corporate client accounts.
* A successful track record of commercial delivery and business development.
* Excellent client relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach. This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us, this means day-to-day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
