Overview of Role
Purpose:
To support the HR Business Partner in providing a proactive, effective, and professional HR service to the site and all its internal customers. Ensuring the site adheres to Group driven policies, procedures, initiatives, and statutory legislation while developing and maintaining good employee relations. Support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of all aspects of Group driven Human Resource Management including employee reward, relations, development, and resourcing including recruitment and selection on site.

1. Manpower planning
2. Onboarding
3. Engagement & Wellbeing
4. Learning and Development
5. General duties as requested by HR Business Partner
6. Any other HR admin, reports, project work, and filing as requested
7. Step up and support with delegated areas of the HRBP role activity in times of absence
