About The Role As a Help to Claim Helpline Advisor, you'll provide support to people seeking advice on benefit entitlements, guiding them to successful applications. Using your excellent customer service skills, you'll offer clear and empathetic advice via phone and webchat. This role requires the ability to communicate complex rules and regulations while working to targets. A DBS check is required. Key Requirements Outstanding Customer Service: You can easily connect with people and offer supportive, caring guidance. Analytical Mindset: You can quickly grasp and explain complex rules in a simple way. Digital Savvy: Confident with IT and digital platforms like phone and webchat. Target-Oriented: Motivated by achieving goals, knowing each target means someone has been helped. Researcher: You listen carefully, investigate thoroughly, and tailor advice to individual needs.
