We are seeking an exceptional MD to lead this ambitious UK-based SME as they continue on their upward growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of commercial acumen, preferably with experience in IT networking or IT infrastructure environments, however, engineering & senior commercial backgrounds will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve short and long-term business objectives Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing senior management team2.
