Lead Customer Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong partnerships by understanding customer systems, challenges, and strategic goals Drive Forecast Accuracy and Alignment: Analyse data autonomously, providing critical insights to align forecasts and achieve accuracy targets (>65%) with a minimal bias (/- 7%) Operational Excellence: Represent collaboration efforts in Sales & Operational Excellence forums, offering customer insights to support well-informed decisions in the 90-day planning horizon Service Level Performance: Ensure a weekly service level of 98%, updating customers and sales teams on performance metrics and addressing any issues proactively Manage Joint Supply Chain Initiatives: Plan, align, and execute annual Joint Supply Chain Business Plans (JSCBP), focusing on continuous improvement to make KP Snacks ‘Easy to Do Business With’ and ‘Best in Class.’ Who are we? Job requirements We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience: Experience in FMCG or related sectors, with a background in Sales and Operational Planning, Demand, or Supply Chain Management. Customer-facing expertise, ideally in Collaboration, Sales, or Marketing, with a service-minded approach and high attention to detail. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, comfortable with data and capable of delivering clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Drive for continuous improvement, demonstrating resilience, problem-solving abilities, and project management experience as a plus. CVL
