Kelly Group are currently seeking experienced and qualified 12AB operatives & 12AB 1 day operatives to join our busy team performing Lane/Road closures within our High Speed Traffic Management Division.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation, maintenance, and removal of traffic management systems in compliance with the relevant codes of practice.
2. Set up and maintain safe working environments for both road users and personnel.
3. Conduct traffic surveys and assist with planning and implementing traffic management plans.
4. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
5. Work collaboratively with other team members and contractors to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.
6. Perform regular inspections of equipment and materials to ensure they are in good working order.
7. Complete necessary paperwork and reporting in line with company standards.
Essential Requirements:
1. Valid 12D Traffic Management Qualification (or equivalent).
2. Previous experience in traffic management, ideally within the 12D sector.
3. Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and the ability to adhere to them.
4. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
5. Full, clean UK driving licence.
6. Ability to work in all weather conditions and on various sites.
Desirable Qualifications/Skills:
1. Additional traffic management certifications (e.g., 12A/12B).
2. First Aid certification.
3. Experience in the use of traffic management equipment and software.
