Our client is seeking a confident and approachable individual with a proactive mindset to join their team as a HR Administrator. Requirements: 2 years experience within a HR environment Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Having a high level of confidentiality and professionalism CIPD L3 Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both digital and physical Manage new hire documentation, contract preparation, onboarding processes, and induction coordination Handle job advertisements, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and communication during the hiring process Monitor employee absences, leave requests, attendance records, and ensure proper record-keeping of entitlements and balances Provide support for payroll preparation, benefits enrolment, claims, and employee enquiries on HR matters Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, effectively communicated, and compliant with employment laws Act as a point of contact for employee queries, escalating issues as needed, and assist in resolving workplace concerns Package: Four days a week (one day from home) Work hours; 09:30-2:30pm Company pension On-site parking 20 days A/L plus 8 days bank holiday (pro rata) Colleague benefits Don’t miss your chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
