Compass Associates is proud to partner with a growing provider specialising in Complex Care and Neurological Rehabilitation services. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support the operational delivery of exceptional care services.
The Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will be a critical figure in ensuring high-quality care standards, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will oversee the performance and compliance of services across the South East, with a blend of office, client site, and remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage operational delivery, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, ICB commissioners, and clinical leaders.
* Oversee the day-to-day performance of care packages, ensuring efficiency and quality.
* Support the development of pathways between services, delivering a "gold standard" of care.
* Manage staffing coordination and administration to ensure seamless service delivery.
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in complex homecare operations, particularly in Complex Homecare or Neurological services. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
* Significant experience in health and care operations management, ideally within Complex Homecare or Neuro Rehabilitation.
* Preferably HCPC or NMC registered.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including CQC standards.
* Proven ability in team management, recruitment, and training.
* Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
* Confident communicator and relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders.
* Caring, professional, and values-driven approach.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Preferred:
* Clinical background (NMC/HCPC registration) is advantageous but not essential.
Location:
The role is hybrid, based out of the head office in Surrey with travel to client sites across the South East (Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, London). This regional role offers flexibility but requires regular in-person engagement.
