Partnered with a leading FMCG business in Ealing, I am searching for a PQ Management Accountant on a full time permanent basis. They operate to a hybrid working model with only 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Key responsibilties of this role include:
* Lead the Overheads forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking and reporting processes* Provide regular and ad hoc analysis on Overhead spends to key stakeholders* Drive and provide financial support on all Overhead related projects* Continually look for and challenge ways of reducing Overhead costs* Ensure all Supply Co accounting and reporting is timely, complete and accurate* Review and follow up on relevant monthly balance sheet reconciliations* Work with the Tax and other finance teams to ensure Intrastat, tax and other relevant external financial reporting is timely and accurate* Work with the Shared Service Centre (SSC) and business stakeholders to ensure appropriate processes are being followed and KPIs achieved for all SSC work associated with your areas of responsibility* Identify and drive opportunities to transfer further work to the Shared Service team* Ensure schedule of authority (SOAs) limits and SAP release strategies are up-to-date and fit-for-purpose* Support the UK Finance Manager on financial audits, finance projects and other ad hoc work on a need basis
