About the Role
Are you a proactive, data-driven professional with a passion for driving business growth? We're seeking a dynamic Growth Support Manager to join our Compass One Growth team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, providing essential support to the Growth Directors to fuel our success across sales, retention, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
As Growth Support Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our growth initiatives on track. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting our Growth and Retention function with data collection, management, and coordination across departments
Assisting in bid activity and pipeline management to meet strategic growth objectives
Preparing reports, business review packs, and supporting team communications for streamlined collaboration
Organising and executing key client and business events, workshops, and conferences
Managing retention activities, campaigns and client share programs to sustain our client relationships
Facilitating meetings, including minute-taking and organizing accommodations and travel, ensuring seamless logistics

Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of handling multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills to navigate a range of internal stakeholders with differing needs
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing data and generating impactful reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and experience with virtual collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint
Flexibility to support ad-hoc projects and events at other locations as required
