The specialist school supports children and young people aged 3 to 16 with Autistic Spectrum Condition and other associated learning and communication difficulties. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic environment, where you will play a vital role in delivering personalised learning pathways and tailoring lessons to meet the diverse needs of our students Key Responsibilities: Regularly assessing students progress and identifying areas where they need further support or intervention. Communicate with other teachers and SENCo staff to ensure consistent support across subjects and activities. Implement strategies to support students with emotional, behavioural, and social challenges. Deliver active and engaging lessons to students while also monitoring Individual EHCPs. Requirements : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but not essential. Unqualified teachers with the right experience will be considered.
