The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the process of resolving claims, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and ensuring that they receive a high-quality service. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the lifecycle of claims from receipt to closure
* Communicating with customers to gather information and provide updates on claim progress
* Conducting site visits to assess damage and determine liability
* Negotiating settlements with third parties where necessary
* Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and correspondence related to claims
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a similar claims handling role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in MS Office software
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
