You’ll need to hold a full UK driving license.

What you will be doing...
As our new Regional Revenue Rockstar, it’s important that you’re politely persistent but also listen carefully to our customers’ needs. That way, you can inform and inspire them in their search for their ideal holiday home. This means:
* Developing and delivering structured annual and quarterly strategic sales plans.
* Breaking down challenging targets into manageable pieces to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
* Generating your own sales opportunities by utilising tools such as - social media, sales events, and following up on previous sales enquiries.
* Leading from the front - setting the standards when it comes to work ethic, team culture, communication standards, sales lead generation and conversion, and product knowledge.
* Using Salesforce - a fantastic video tool to catch up with customers, set appointments and engage with Owners.
* Staying current with the latest developments in the holiday home industry.
* Working closely with park General Managers and Regional Sales Manager to report sales progress and metrics.
* It’s important to mention that to be successful in this kind of role you will have to be open to working when the park is busy, which is on weekends and during holidays.
