Overview
We are supporting a well-established machinery build company that are currently looking to add a Graduate Project Administrator to the structure with a view to develop your career within this growing business. The company design and manufacture bespoke capital equipment that is supplied globally and are a dynamic business.
The Role
Reporting into the Project manager, this is a brand-new role to the structure to help the company move forwards with their delivery process.
Day to day you will be getting involved in a variety of tasks including - assisting in coordinating the multiple customer projects that they have running at any one time (monitoring progress, project milestones, tracking tasks), collating technical manual information from the different departments and pulling it into a streamlined format, monitor and document the progress and risk in line with the project plans and generally identify and gaps and try to keep on top of everything as proactively as possible to prevent issues.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Entry level Admin focussed role
* Strong attention to detail is essential in relation to compiling the documents
* Could be a graduate with or without some experience
* Could have a Quality background and want to go more into Projects
* Could currently work in a generalist Admin role either within or outside of manufacturing
* Strong IT skills – Excel, Word, Project
* Excellent communication across departments
* Ability to challenge and ask questions
* Ideally have experience compiling and updating any type of documentation from any sector (don't need to be able to write them, just retrieve the information required along the process gateways)
* Strong organisation skills, along with ability to prioritise workload
* Logical, systematic mindset
* Fluent spoken and written English language skills
* UK Driving license and within a commutable distance to Northwich
