Your Role We are looking for an Activities Coordinator for EF Brighton International Language Campus, whose responsibilities will be to offer a varied activities programme for our international students, creating a dynamic and fun environment for students to enjoy outside class. The Activities Coordinator will work with the Director of Student Services in performing this role and present themselves as a model of quality and professionalism within EF Brighton. Your Responsibilities To ensure that the Activities department runs smoothly and effectively in all areas To organise and implement social, cultural and sporting activities programme appropriate to students’ needs To produce weekly activities programme and make this available to students. To promote school events and excursions and design advertising posters, leaflets, etc To accompany activities & excursions as required, including regular evening & weekend work To assist with management of EF Brighton Instagram account. To ensure the highest level of customer service and excellent student feedback. To take ownership of student evaluation scores for activities staff and excursions, and continually seek to improve them To ensure all health and safety requirements for activities are met, overseeing risk assessments To ensure cost consciousness at all times when managing pricing and profit.
