Job summary
The postholders will be responsible for supporting the Workforce Intelligence Business Partner with the provision of an effective and efficient Workforce Data and Intelligence service to the Trust, liaising as necessary with managers and HR managers through reporting provisions such as workforce dashboards, infographic suites and other cloud based tools.
The postholders will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust workforce data, its data quality assurance and for liaising with staff when auditing and validating data held.

More detail about the role:
1. Supporting the timely and accurate provision of workforce information including census returns as required by Directors, Managers, NHS South West and Department of Health
2. Supporting the Workforce Intelligence Business Partner to ensure information flows are appropriate and that the data maintained within the all workforce related systems is maintained to the Trusts quality standards.
3. Ensure data confidentiality is maintained and the appropriate level of access is granted to users of workforce related systems.
4. Work alongside the Recruitment Team to collect and analyse applicant data to provide information related to recruitment activity.
5. Support the Workforce Intelligence Business Partner to undertake annual audits of data held within the database and as necessary validate the data held with individual members of staff.
6. Support the Workforce Intelligence Business Partner to maintain and develop the workforce systems web pages to inform and support staff in the use and functionality of these systems.
7. Provide advice and support to staff on the use of information provision.
8. Support the Workforce Intelligence Business Partner to achieve the timetables for the provision of information, whilst maintaining accuracy and the quality standards required.
Working Pattern: hours per week and hours per week, between Monday to Friday. Hours to be discussed in interview (working remotely and on site at Newcourt House)

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a pay award implemented from October 2024. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2023-4 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2023/24 | NHS Employers).
