We are looking to offer an Employee Relations Senior Partner the opportunity to join our expanding Human Resources – Employee Relations team based remotely with some UK travel required.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Employee Relations partner to manage complex ER cases and help drive the success & development of the newly formed ER Centre of Excellence (CoE). This role requires strong influencing skills, expertise in employee relations, and the ability to manage a number of cases across various business units and locations throughout the UK.

As the Employee Relations Senior Partner, you’ll get the opportunity to:
* Manage a number of complex ER cases, providing guidance, support, and development to stakeholders including line managers and People Partners.
* Monitor and evaluate performance of themselves and the ER team, conducting regular reviews and providing feedback to further strengthen the CoE.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
* Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate training programmes.
* Handle complex and high-risk ER cases, including harassment, discrimination, appeals, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
* Provide expert advice and support on complex cases.
* Be the point of escalation for others in the team.
* Ensure consistent and fair application of ER policies and procedures across all cases.
* Develop a programme of upskilling and coaching for managers across the Group to increase self-service ability.
* Utilise systems thinking approach to drive continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the development and review of ER policies and procedures.
* Ensure that ER practices comply with UK employment laws and regulations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with People business partners, managers, and other key stakeholders.
* Monitor and analyse ER case data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Ensure all ER activities are compliant with current UK employment laws and regulations.
