Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a Wallington based company, who are seeking an individual with a strong Customer Service background to join their team. This is a newly created position, so it is a great opportunity for the right candidate to grow and develop and really make the role your own. Specific responsibilities will include: Ensuring that orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner Handling customer queries in a professional manner Customer invoices and credits Liaising with customers to resolve any issues Reviewing customer credit ratings Administration of customer accounts Logging and managing customer complaints Providing quotations and pricing information Dealing with returns, ensuring processes are followed Liaising with Sales Director and Account Managers To be considered for this role, you will need the following: Strong Customer Service background in a B2B environment Strong commercial awareness Administrative skills, IT literacy and ability to learn new systems Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Ability to use your initiative, and to be continuously looking for ways to improve Some supervisory experience would be beneficial Please note this is a fully office based role.
