A client of ours in the Basildon area are recruiting a Trainee Logistics Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (37.5 hours) and paying up to £24,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Sort, scan and attach details to the system.
Source PODs (Proof of Deliveries) from suppliers websites.
Request PODs.
Picking and Packing
Quality Checking
Stock counting
Putting customer orders onto the system.
Processing customer returns.
Arranging freight couriers for customer collections and delivery.
Ensure that filing is in order & filed correctly
Label filing accordingly & maintain relevant spreadsheet to ensure staff are able to locate documents when required.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Trainee Logistics Administrator position:
You must have 5+ years continuous educational/employment history with no gaps to be considered for this role
1 years' admin and secretarial experience.
Proficient Microsoft skills
Excellent communication skills
