Agility Resourcing are delighted to be working with a boutique Financial Advisors who offer a full range of accountancy services. Due to growth, they are now looking for someone to come in and help them in their busy office.
The company has rapidly grown and has an excellent name in the industry. You will be working as part of a multi-functional team in a fun environment and they are wanting YOU to join them!
With this being a small team, you will be expected to roll your sleeves up and help out in other departments, making this a varied and interesting role.
Your responsibilities:
1. Processing tax return forms
2. Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts to trial balance level.
3. Assisting with taking accounts from trial balance to statutory accounts
4. Inbox Management
5. Inputting and maintaining spreadsheet reports
6. Ad hoc duties when required
Person Specification:
1. Strong Excel knowledge
2. QBE/ Part Qualified / Qualified in accounting
3. Previous experience in a similar role
4. Able to work on own initiative
5. Ability to work as part of a team
