Transport Administrator
Location: Biggleswade, Bedfordshire
JRL Plant & Logistics is part of the JRL Group which encompasses 14+ divisions delivering bespoke solutions for the most complex construction projects.
We are looking for an Administrator with transport experience.
Responsibilities:
10. Ensuring Driver's timesheets are correct and submitted to our Payroll team.
11. Dealing with expenses
12. Administration of Mandata system for multiple depots.
13. Data input & verification.
14. Query resolution.
15. Standard & ad hoc report preparation.
16. Ensuring that all administrative tasks associated with the operation are completed to the required standard.
Requirements:
17. Relevant experience.
18. Self-starter with eye for detail & a methodical approach to work.
19. Excellent communicator and time-keeper.
20. IT literate.
21. Previous fleet/transport experience
