Freedom's Networks team have a vacancy for Administration Assistant. The main purpose of the role will be to work within the Electrical / Security side of the Building & Civils Contract across the North East & Yorkshire region.
The administrator will coordinate workstreams within the Building & Civils Contract ensuring that work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and client specifications. They will maintain a full programme of works ensuring all operatives work to their full productivity levels; Ensure all completion documentation is submitted to management in a timely manner; Liaising with client contract coordinators, council staff and engineers; Dealing with the general public as required.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
1. Working with work management system and administration team to ensure that all jobs are raised, scheduled, assigned and completed as required.
2. Working with Freedom’s delivery team managers on the procurement and ongoing management and engagement of Franchisees & Subcontractors.
3. Review and process any returned documentation received from clients to ensure accurate job completions on work management system.
4. Support commercial and financial month-end processes.
5. Follow mapped procedures for client work processing.
6. Raise Purchase Orders where applicable.
7. Commercial and administrative involvement with Works Management System and other IT software.
8. Assist with general administrative duties.
9. Effective communication with various levels of personnel on the framework, internal and external.
10. Post-audit of works commercially completed.
What we’re looking for:
1. Strong IT Literacy & Numeracy Skills
2. Previous experience in an administration role
3. Experience with Purchase Order processes - Desirable
