We are looking for two passionate and hardworking characters to join our team to help welcome guests to our wonderful home, where each room tells a different story.
Working with our team, you will be responsible for bringing the Glenmorangie House experience to life with knowledge, enthusiasm, and a smile.
With guests from all over the world, our aim is to make our guests feel at home, letting them enjoy all that we have to offer – especially our delicious and wonderful whisky.
Restaurant experience is required, but training on our whiskies will be provided.
Position One - 40 hours per week (flexible) and competitive salary dependent on experience.
Position Two – 32 hours per week (flexible) and competitive salary dependent on experience.
Desirable personal attributes, previous experience, and qualifications:
* A qualification in administration and hospitality.
* Good command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
* Experience within a busy five-star facility providing high-level customer experience.
* Competent in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
* Experience in the use of Property Management Systems.
* A friendly, calm, and approachable manner.
* Team player.
* Smart and professional appearance.
* A diplomatic problem solver.
* A high level of attention to detail.
This is not a live-in position. As the hotel is not close to public transport, your own transport is essential.
