Job Description
My client is a global Hedge Fund seeking a Payroll & Benefits specialist. The position will be supporting payroll and benefits processes for London and Dublin, with oversight for Hong Kong, India, and China, and serves as a backup for US payrolls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage payroll for London and Dublin; review other international payrolls.
* Support HRIS and payroll data integrity.
* Handle London and Dublin benefits.
* Assist in plan design and renewals.
* Provide onboarding/offboarding support and respond to employee inquiries.
* Stay informed on legislation affecting payroll/benefits.
* Act as liaison with third-party vendors and brokers.
Requirements:
* Undergraduate degree in relevant field.
* 5+ years in global payroll and benefits administration.
* Strong understanding of international payroll/benefits laws and regulations.
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
* Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
