As a Deputy Manager, you will assist in managing operations within the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of the nursing home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing daily operations within the nursing home
* Work closely with the Care Home Manager to achieve high standards of care
* Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and quality of care
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
* Degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare, management)
* Experience in a Deputy Manager or similar role
