Position Overview:
As a Senior Customer Service Administrator, you will be a key leader within our customer service department. You will oversee daily operations, mentor a team of customer service representatives and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership and Development: Train, mentor, and guide team members on operational procedures.
* Customer Relations: Professionally handle escalated inquiries and complex issues.
* Order Management: Oversee the processing of customer orders and quotes.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor interactions to ensure high-quality customer service.
* Process and Systems Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement and implement solutions.
* Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless order processing.
* Office Management: Ensure the office environment is tidy, organised and efficient.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience in customer service, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior position.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire team members.
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, InspHire Office, and Sage 50.
