We are seeking an Administrator to join this organisation on an initial 3 month temporary basis. The successful candidate will be working within the Service Charge team assisting in the delivery of complete and accurate service charge information to customers. Responsibilities: Assisting, managing and responding to customer queries Being on duty line and answering calls Assisting with producing statements and data for mail merges Providing copy documentation for customers If you have strong administration experience with a focus on providing exceptional customer service, this could be the role for you. Previous experience of working in Finance would be an advantage, but not essential. You will also have: High attention to detail Excellent communication skills Good working knowledge of MS Excel Strong organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am-5pm If you do not hear from a consultant within 1 week of your application, then unfortunately, on this occasion, you have been unsuccessful
