We are actively seeking a General Repairs Surveyor for an immediate start in the North London area. The role is initially on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent after 3 months.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Conduct inspections across various properties to identify repair needs.
* Prioritise repair work and coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion.
* Oversee contractors to ensure repair work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with regulations.
* Ensure all repair activities adhere to health and safety guidelines.
* Provide professional advice on property repairs and maintenance strategies.
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the structural integrity and safety of properties.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, repair schedules, and completed works.
