The school teach a bespoke curriculum which is focussed on ensuring students of the college can live independently following completion of their courses. Learning mainly prioritises, enterprise and employability, friends and relationships, and functional life skills. Classes at the college are made up by a maximum of 10 students, with 8-10 Learning Support Assistants to focus on the students' needs - meaning your role would be entirely teaching and learning focussed.
