We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant BIM Coordinator (Asset Data) to join our team. Our transformative, data-driven approaches to managing the asset information on our projects help delivery teams coordinate on asset components and ensure we can hand over effectively to our clients and asset owners. The role involves not only undertaking the Asset Data Management role at a project level but also supporting the development of new ways of working, incorporating the latest in technology, and training and communication activities. Your Purpose:
Responsibilities:
1. Champion data-centric approaches to delivering engineering projects and ensure that our information management practices are understood and implemented on our projects.
2. Manage the development of accurate asset information and data on projects following project and industry standards (including COBie and CFIHOS).
3. Support the development and management of asset data standards aligned to industry best practice including, for example, defining data dictionaries, reference data libraries, and data models.
4. Support the application, development and maintenance of new processes and technology to embed and exploit asset data as standard ways of working (including application of BS EN ISO 19650).
5. Manage and apply BIM tools and processes to enable project teams to deliver coordinated 3D, 2D, and asset data.
6. Create engaging and informative educational and training materials and collateral promoting asset data management, BIM and IM.
7. Capture lessons learned and inform continual improvement.
8. Ensure project teams (internal and external) are aware of, and trained in, the application of information management procedures and processes being applied.

Experience:
1. Educational Background - Preferably a Degree in Engineering, Information Services, or related field.
2. Foundational knowledge of Data Fundamentals with some Data Analysis experience.
3. Foundational knowledge of Information Management / BIM.
