As HR Advisor this role involves:
* Dealing with employee relations cases from start to finish
* Lead consultations, including restructures, TUPE, and changes to terms and conditions.
* Deal with all areas of employee relations including grievances, capability, disciplinaries, probation reviews, flexible work requests, absence management start to finish.
* Advise managers on steps to take to deal with HR related issues
* Respond to queries through a shared HR inbox
* Support Associate HR Director overseeing HR Apprentices / Administrators as required
* Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
* Carry out and implement HR projects on an as and when basis.
A great role in an industry leader, the HR Advisor will have a proven track record and will be expected to immediately pick up ongoing casework.
The HR Advisor will have a minimum of 5 years HR experience (Essential) and have CIPD Level 5 or above (Desirable) and report to the Associate HR Director.
