Role summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team based in Haywards Heath. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally within an SME environment and possess a CIPD qualification. The role demands a strong background in HR practices, with technical proficiency in Exc el to suppo rt data-driven decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to lead HR strategy, manage day-to-day HR operations and provide insights that shape our workforce and company culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives Assisting with recruitment - including job postings, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding Provide expert advice and support on HR matters to managers and employees across the organisation Prepare HR reports and use Excel to analyse workforce data and trends to inform decision-making Oversee employee relations, handling complex disciplinary, grievance and performance management cases Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture Manage employee benefits and co ordinate payroll coordination changes Monitor and report on HR metrics to provide insights and support strategic decisions Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and promote operational efficiency.
