What You'll Be Doing: Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided) Traveling across Chipping Sodbury and surrounding areas, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments What We're Looking For: Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices A UK driving license (van sharing in most cases) Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds At Bromford, we understand that diversity makes us stronger.
