We're looking for a dynamic and organised Production Management Administrator to join the iconic Emmerdale team in Leeds! This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a fast-paced, creative environment, supporting the Head of Production, Production Management, Crewing, and the entire Production Team.
The role
You'll be the backbone of the production office and play a crucial role in managing production data, ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely. Get involved in exciting projects, events, and corporate shoots, and provide essential support to Emmerdale Directors, handling contracts, expenses, and communication. Make a positive impact on the environment by working on sustainability initiatives and contributing to the Emmerdale Albert Carbon Action Plan. Your organisational skills will be key as you support the wider Production team with scheduling, logs, and general admin tasks. As a key point of contact for internal and external individuals, you'll foster a collaborative and dynamic environment. Embrace the challenge and become an indispensable part of the Emmerdale team!
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
* Demonstrable experience (2 years minimum) providing administrative support within a fast-paced TV Drama Production environment.
* Experience and understanding of Emmerdale Production Processes and scheduling.
* Demonstrable experience of managing and maintaining data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail under tight production deadlines.
* Competent in using standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel), and presentation software (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint).
* Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a range of individuals.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines, while maintaining a flexible approach to changing priorities.
* Demonstrated understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion in a professional setting.
* Commitment to working both in an office environment and on location as required by the demands of the production schedule.
