We are looking for an experienced admin for one of our client in Salford
Title: Contract Admin
Location: Broadway, Media City UK, Salford, M50 2TG
Timings: 8am : 5 pm
Duration: 25/11/2024 05/05/2025
Pay: GBP13.33 per hour
Main duties include:
* Draft, review, and finalize contract documents.
* Ensure contracts comply with legal standards and organizational policies.
* Assist in negotiations with clients, suppliers, or contractors.
* Identify risks, propose modifications, and provide advice during negotiations.
* Maintain detailed records of all contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
* Track key deadlines, such as renewal dates, milestones, and deliverables.
* Monitor compliance with agreed terms, conditions, and service levels.
* Serve as the point of contact for contract:related inquiries.
* Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and project management teams.
* Address disputes or issues arising from contract terms.
* Identify potential risks in contracts and suggest mitigation strategies.
* Ensure contracts align with regulatory and compliance standards.
* Monitor budget allocations and expenditure under contracts.
* Approve or process payments related to contract terms, such as invoices and change orders.
* Prepare reports on contract status, performance, and risk.
* Analyze past contracts for insights to improve future agreements.
* Manage the closeout process, ensuring all obligations are fulfilled.
* Archive contracts securely for future reference.
* Develop and implement processes to streamline contract administration.
* Train team members on contract management tools or best practices.
* Utilize contract management software to track and manage agreements.
* Manage document control systems for easy access and tracking.
Required experience:
Must have Contract Admin experience.
